Viet Nam Classic Tour: Ha Noi - Ha Long - Sapa - Hoa Lu - Tam Coc - Hue 8 Days - 7 Nights

Day 1:  Ha Noi – Ha Long bay  ( L,D)

08h00 – 08h30: Our tour guide comes to pick up you at your hotel.

08h30 – 12h30: Enjoy scenic four hour drive from Hanoi to Halong Bay. We stop for 20 minutes en-route break in Hai Duong province.

13h00: Arrive Hon Gai harbor (Halong Bay), embark on Monkey Island Cruise, enjoy your welcome drink and check-in your room.

13h15: Our boat starts cruising on Halong bay when you enjoy your delicious lunch.

14h30: Visit “Thien Cung” cave ( Heaven cave) - one of the most beautiful, huge caves in Halong Bay with a lot of surprising stalactites and stalagmites.

15h30: Boat passes Dog islet, stops for visiting Dinh Huong islet ( Incense pot). Here is one of the most beautiful area in Halong bay, you will have chance to take many beautiful pictures.

16h00: Go kayaking around islets and floating village then our boat continues to cruise to a lovely and clean area for swimming

18h30: Have dinner, enjoy a romantic night in the restaurant or have some drinks on the top of the boat. Overnight on boat.

Day 2: Ha Long bay – Lan Ha bay – Monkey island  (B , L , D)

07h30: Have breakfast and enjoy beautiful sunrise on Halong bay.

09h30: Boat takes you to Gia Luan harbor ( Cat Ba island), get on bus and our driver will take you along a lovely road, passing through Cat Ba national park with the two sides are tropical flowers, green trees and mountains.

10h30: Come to Ben Beo harbor, get on boat to discover Lan Ha bay with visiting Cai Beo floating village  - one of the oldest floating village in Vietnam.

11h30: Arrive and check in at Monkey Island Resort. You will have lunch at about

12h00 in the restaurant beside lovely beach. Afternoon: Free kayaking, play football, volley ball on beach or you can play chess, billiard, ping pong, table football in the entertainment area.

15h00: Our tour guide will take you to go up mountain, take panorama pictures of Monkey Island and Lan Ha bay then arrive another beach to see some monkeys playing.

18h30: After seeing sunset on Lan Ha bay, you will have dinner (often BBQ dinner) in the beach restaurant when listen to softly sound of ocean waves. Evening: you will have “warm up friendship” hour with activities like singing karaoke, drink or take some dance in bar, play games or just go to the sand beach to chat with friends. Have a good sleep in your lovely private bungalow of Monkey Island Resort.

Day 3: Monkey island – Ha Long – Ha Noi  ( B , L)

07h30: Have breakfast, check out your room.

08h00: Leave Monkey Island Resort, boat takes you to Ben Beo harbor to get on bus to come to Gia Luan harbor.

09h30: Our boat will take you to many beautiful rock formations to take pictures such as Duck Islet, Fighting Cocks Islets. You will pass by Bai Tu Long bay on the way back to Hon Gai harbor at about 12h30 am.

13h00: Bus take you to go back to Hanoi.

17h30: finish tour at your hotel or our company.Free time to relax or take a shower ,then you have dinner for yourself .

Option  : Sapa trekking by night train:

19h30 Our tourguide and bus pick you up from your hotel or our company go to Ha Noi train station

where you will catch the night train to Lao Cai.

Day 4 : Lao Cai station – Sapa – Cat Cat  (B,L,D)

You will arrive at the Lao Cai Station between 5-7:30 AM. There you will meet the Sapa Summit  bus guide and transfer to Sapa town. After having breakfast and a shower, you will start the half-day walk to Cat Cat village occupied by the Black H’mong tribe. You will experience the tribal way of life while enjoying wonderful views of the terraced rice paddy fields and the waterfall in Cat Cat. After the walk, you will be back to the Sapa Summit Hotel at around noon to check-in and be on time for lunch (11AM-2PM) in the hotel restaurant. For the rest of the afternoon, you will be free to explore Sapa town on your own. Dinner will be in the hotel restaurant from 4-8 PM. You will spend the night in the Sapa Summit Hotel.

Day 5 : Lao Cai station – Sapa – Lao Chai/Ta Van  (B,L,D)

After having breakfast and a shower, you will check out of your room at the hotel and leave your luggage in the luggage storage room to prepare for your trek. You will only need to bring a change of clothing, trekking gear and toiletries for your stay at the village homestay. At around 9 AM you will begin your 12 km trek on small trails down the Muong Hoa Valley towards the Black H’mong village of Lao Chai. The Muong Hoa Valley contains some of the most beautiful views of rice paddy fields in Asia.  After having lunch along the Muong Hoa river in Lao Chai, you will continue along the bottom of the valley to get to the Dzay tribe village of Ta Van to experience their way of life while staying in a local family’s cottage.

Day 6 : Ta Van – Dzang Ta Chai – Sapa – Lao Cai (B,L,D)

After having breakfast in the village homestay, you will begin your trek to Dzang Ta Chai of the Red Dzao tribe. You can experience the difference between the way of life of the different tribespeople. You will have lunch in the village before you continue your trek through the amazing scenery and to the beautiful waterfall. At around 2PM you will be picked up from the main road to take a ride back to the Sapa Summit Hotel. Along the way you may stop to take photos of the fabulous valley  enroute to Sapa. When you arrive in Sapa, you will have enough time to freshen up with a shower and have dinner in the Sapa Summit Restaurant before catching the bus back to Lao Cai for the night train to Hanoi.

Day 7 : Hanoi Arrival – Ninh Binh – Hoa Lu – Tam Coc – Hue : (L)

You will arrive in Hanoi between 5-6:30 AM at the Tran Quy Cap train station.Then we will pick you up from Ha Noi station to our company or our hotel ,free time to relax  at our hotel or our company .

8-8.30 am: Pickup and transfer to Hoa Lu. Hoa Lu was the capital of Vietnam between 10th and 11th century. The area is one of ricefields broken by picturesque limestone mountains, and is approximately 90 km south of Hanoi( 1 ½ Hours Car Ride)

 The capital at Hoa Lu covered an area of 300 ha (3.0 km2), including both the Inner and Outer Citadels. It included defensive earthen walls, palaces, temples and shrines, and was surrounded and protected by mountains of limestone. Today, the ancient citadel no longer exists, and few vestiges of the 10th century remain. Visitors can see temples built in honor of the emperors Dinh Tien Hoang and Le Dai Hanh, their sons, and Queen Duong Van Nga,

 Transfer to Tam Coc for lunch and get on a private sampan for an Hour and Half ride through three natural caves (Hang Ca, Hang Hai, and Hang Ba), The boats are typically rowed by one or two local women who also sell embroidered goods.

17h00 finish tour at our hotel in Ninh Binh , free time to relax .

20h00 pm ,get on your night train go to Hue .Sleep 1 night on the sleeping train

Day 8 : Hue Arrival

Your trip will finish at 9h30 am .
