HCM - Mekong Delta 3 Days - 2 Nights Tour Finish in Phnompenh

Day 1: HCM  – Ben Tre –  Can Tho

Day 2: Can Tho  –  Cai Rang Floating Village –  Long Xuyen  –  Chau Doc

Day 3: Chau Doc – Phompenh

Day 1: HCM  – Ben Tre –  Can Tho (L , D)

7:45 AM:  Depart from TheSinhTourist office to Ben Tre (80km). Arrive at Hung Vuong Pier around 9:45 AM.  Take a motorized boat trip on Ben Tre river through some tranquil villages to discover daily activities of local villagers (Casting net, fishing).

 Continue cruising along zigzag canals to Nhon Thanh village.  Visit a local family to see their coconut candy making, handicraft, honey keeping.  Taste honey tea and seasonal fruits. Enjoy Vietnamese traditional music (Dan ca Tai tu Nam bộ - A folk art form from Southern Vietnam officially recognized by UNESCO as an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity). 

 Take a motor cart on quiet paths where you can admire coconut tree and paddy field, vegetables gardens.  Take a rowing-boat ride along water coconut palm creeks. Have lunch at “Green Coconut” riverside restaurant.

 2:00 PM:  Leave Ben Tre province for Can Tho via Rach Mieu, My Thuan and Can Tho bridges. Check in upon arrival. Have dinner and free time (free bus transfer to Ninh Kieu wharf and back hotel). Overnight in Can Tho.

Day 2: Can Tho  –  Cai Rang Floating Village –  Long Xuyen  –  Chau Doc (B,D)

6:30 AM: Have breakfast at hotel and check out. Bus transfer to Ninh Kieu wharf, then board a motor boat to cruise on Can Tho river to see Cai Rang floating market where hundreds of boats are packed with mangoes, bananas, papayas and pineapples… for selling, buying and exchanging. Continue cruising along the network of natural channels to discover the natural setting of Mekong delta, tranquil villages and local activities. See local orchards and enjoy tropical seasonal fruits (included). Cruise back to the wharf for lunch (excluded).

 12:00 noon:  Head to Chau Doc by bus. 5:30 PM check in hotel, enjoy dinner and free time in the evening.  Overnight in Chau Doc.

Day 3: Chau Doc – Phompenh (B)

6:15 AM:  Have breakfast at hotel. 

7:00AM: Go to Chau Doc port by pedicab.  Take a high speed boat to PhnomPenh.

 8:30 AM:  Arrive at Vinh Xuong border. Stop to complete visa application procedure.  Adventure continues with boat ride to PhnomPenh.

 12:30 PM:  Arrive at International Floating Port 103 Sisowath Quay, PhnomPenh.  Tour finishes.
