Ha Noi – Ha Long Bay – Monkey Island – Ha Long Bay - Ninh Binh – Hoa Lu – Tam Coc - Ninh Binh – Cuc Phuong National Park – Ninh Binh – Trang An – Bai Dinh Pagoda – Ninh Binh - Mai Chau - Son La - Sapa - Ha Noi 

Day 1:  Ha Noi – Ha Long Bay (L,D)

08h00 – 08h30: Our tour guide comes to pick you up at your hotel.

08h30 – 12h30: Enjoy scenic four hour drive from Hanoi to Halong Bay. We stop for 20 minutes en-route break in Hai Duong province.

13h00: Arrive Hon Gai harbor (Halong Bay), embark on Monkey Island Cruise, enjoy your welcome drink and check-in your room.

13h15: Our boat starts cruising on Halong bay when you enjoy your dilicious lunch.

14h30: Visit “Thien Cung” cave ( well known as Heaven cave) - one of the most beautiful, huge caves in Halong Bay with a lot of surprising stalactites and stalagmites.

15h30: Boat passes Dog islet, stops for visiting Dinh Lu Huong islet. This is one of the most beautiful area in Halong bay, you will have chance to take many beautiful pictures.

16h00: Go kayaking around islets and floating village then our boat continues to cruise to a lovely and clean area for swimming

18h30: Have dinner, enjoy a romantic night in the restaurant or have some drinks on the top of the boat. Overnight on boat.

Day 2: Ha Long Bay – Lan Ha Bay – Monkey Island (B,L,D)

07h30: Have breakfast and enjoy beautiful sunrise on Halong bay.

09h30: Boat takes you to Gia Luan harbor ( Cat Ba island), get on bus and our driver will take you along a lovely road, passing through Cat Ba national park with the two sides are tropical flowers, green trees and mountains.

10h30: Come to Ben Beo harbor, get on boat to discover Lan Ha bay with visiting Cai Beo floating village  - one of the oldest floating village in Vietnam.

11h30: Arrive and check in at Monkey Island Resort. You will have lunch at about

12h00 in the restaurant beside lovely beach.

Afternoon: Free kayaking, play football, volley ball on beach or you can play chess, billiard, ping pong, table football in the entertainment area.

15h00: Our tour guide will take you to go up mountain, take panorama pictures of Monkey Island and Lan Ha bay then arrive another beach to see some monkeys playing.

18h30: After seeing sunset on Lan Ha bay, you will have dinner (often BBQ dinner) in the beach restaurant when listen to solfly sound of ocean waves.

Evening: you will have “warm up friendship” hour with activities like singing karaoke, drink or take some dance in bar, play games or just go to the sand beach to chat with friends. Have a good sleep in your lovely private bungalow of Monkey Island Resort. 

Day 3: Monkey Island – Ha Long Bay – Ha Noi (B,L)

07h30: Have breakfast, check out your room.

08h00: Leave Monkey Island Resort, boat takes you to Ben Beo harbor to get on bus to come to Gia Luan harbor.

09h30: Our boat will take you to many beautiful rock formations to take pictures such as Duck Islet, Fighting Cocks Islets. You will pass by Bai Tu Long bay on the way back to Hon Gai harbor at about 12h30 am.

13h00: Bus take you to go back to Ninh Binh .

17h30: Arrive your hotel in Ninh Binh .Check in your hotel , free time to relax and explore Ninh Binh  at night .Sleep overnight at the hotel in Ninh Binh .

Day 4 : Ninh Binh - Hoa Lu - Tam Coc - Ninh Binh (B,L)

8h00 am Breakfast is service at our hotel in Ninh Binh .

9h00- 9h20: our guide come to pick you up from your hotel transfer you go to Hoa Lu

10h00: come to Hoa Lu, used to be the capital of Vietnam in the 11st centuries, visit the temple of Dinh & Le dynasty, learn about history of Vietnam in the war with China and about the first Vietnamese government. Have a great view of rice paddy field, and lots of fresh air.

After lunch, get on a small boat, glide along a long canal with rice paddy fields and mountains two sides, your boat will go through three cave called "Hang Ca", "Hang 2", "Hang 3".

15h00: You boat drive you back to the waft then get on bus back to Ninh Binh. Overnight in Ninh Binh.

Day 5 : Ninh Binh - Cuc Phuong National Park (B,L)

7h00 am Breakfast is service at your hotel

At 8h00, our guide and our driver will pick you up at your hotel for Cuc Phuong National Park is located in Ninh Binh province . This is Vietnam’s most famous park. Upon arrival, you will visit the the Endangered Primates Rescued Centre, where the rare primates of Vietnam are reared and rescued. Having seen the primates, you can then start your trek through the dense, grass jungle valleys. You will stop to have a picnic lunch at the giant ancient tree with its 45-metre height and 1.5 meter diameter. You will then enjoy the beauty of the forest, fauna and wildlife. Back to Ninh Binh. Overnight at your hotel.
 

Day 6 : Ninh Binh - Trang An - Bai Dinh Pagoda - Ha Noi (B,L)

 8h00 am Breakfast is service at your hotel

After breakfast, our guide and bus will come to your hotel to pick you up , Start tour Trang An – Bai Dinh Pagoda.

10:30 – 12:00: Arrive in Buddha Prayer place in Bai Dinh Pagoda, the biggest pagoda in Vietnam with 500 La Han statues, biggest bronze Buddha statue in Vietnam with 10 meters in height, 100 tons in weight.

12:30: Have lunch in local restaurant with some local special dishes such as Goat meat with elderberry, pork ….

14:30: Depart to visit Trang An tourist attraction, take boat trip to visit cave complex: Sang Cave, Toi Cave, Ba Giot Cave, Nau Ruou in mystery and wildness, see scenery of mountain and rivers. Trang An is considered as  Ha Long on the land.

16:00: Getting on the car for returning to Hanoi.

16:30: Back to your hotel in Ninh Binh .Sleep overnight at your hotel.

Day 7 : Ninh Binh – Mai Chau (L,D)

 8h00 am Breakfast is service at your hotel

After having breakfast, our guide and bus will come to your hotel to pick you up transfer you go to Mai Chau ,. Following lunch in a White Thai village in Mai Chau valley we spend the afternoon walking through the various ethnic minority villages in this area. In the evening, enjoy the traditional music and dance shoe which will be performed by local villagers. Overnight in Mai Chau.

Day 8 : Mai Chau – Son La (B,L,D)

After breakfast served by the Thai people under their house-on-stilts, we leave Mai Chau making our way west to Son La. Upon our arrival in Son La late in the afternoon we check into our local guesthouse where we spend the night. Son La is located in a scenic valley, inhabited mostly by the Thai, the Muong and the H’mong minority people. This area is historically important for its involvement in the Vietnamese struggle for independence from France during the first half the 20th century. Overnight in Sonla.

Day 9 : Son La – Sapa (B,L,D)

Drive from Son La to Sapa via Than Uyen. Lunch in Than Uyen. On the way visit some villages, take pictures. Dinner and overnight in hotel in Sapa.

Day 10 : Sapa – Cat Cat  (B,L,D)

8h00  After having breakfast and a shower, you will start the half-day walk to Cat Cat village occupied by the Black H'mong tribe. You will experience the tribal way of life while enjoying wonderful views of the terraced rice paddy fields and the waterfall in Cat Cat. After the walk, you will be back to the Sapa Summit Hotel at around noon to check-in and be on time for lunch (11AM-2PM) in the hotel restaurant. For the rest of the afternoon, you will be free to explore Sapa town on your own. Dinner will be in the hotel restaurant from 4-8 PM. You will spend the night at the hotel in Sapa.

Day 11 : Lao Cai station – Sapa – Lao Chai/Ta Van  (B,L,D)

After having breakfast and a shower, you will check out of your room at the hotel and leave your luggage in the luggage storage room to prepare for your trek. You will only need to bring a change of clothing, trekking gear and toiletries for your stay at the village homestay. At around 9 AM you will begin your 12 km trek on small trails down the Muong Hoa Valley towards the Black H'mong village of Lao Chai. The Muong Hoa Valley contains some of the most beautiful views of rice paddy fields in Asia.  After having lunch along the Muong Hoa river in Lao Chai, you will continue along the bottom of the valley to get to the Dzay tribe village of Ta Van to experience their way of life while staying in a local family's cottage.

Day 12 : Ta Van – Dzang Ta Chai – Sapa -- Lao Cai (B,L,D)

After having breakfast in the village homestay, you will begin your trek to Dzang Ta Chai of the Red Dzao tribe. You can experience the difference between the way of life of the different tribespeople. You will have lunch in the village before you continue your trek through the amazing scenery and to the beautiful waterfall. At around 2PM you will be picked up from the main road to take a ride back to the hotel. Along the way you may stop to take photos of the fabulous valley  enroute to Sapa. When you arrive in Sapa, you will have enough time to freshen up with a shower and have dinner in the restaurant before catching the bus back to Lao Cai for the night train to Hanoi.

Day 13 : Hanoi Arrival

You will arrive in Hanoi between 4-6:30 AM at the Tran Quy Cap train station.
