Vientaine city - Budda Park - Vientaine

After breakfast at your hotel, our waiting guide and driver will give you a big welcome and we start our interesting day.

In the Morning : we head out to Wat Sisaket, the oldest temple with thousands of miniature Buddha statues, and the former royal temple of Wat Prakeo, which previously housed the famous Emerald Buddha Image. We then head out to Pha That Luang (Great Sacred Stupa), the most important national monument in Laos, a symbol of both the Buddhist religion and Lao sovereignty.After that going direct to visit the Patuxai Monument, reminiscent of the "Arc de Triomphe" in Paris. There are wonderful views of the city from here.

Lunch is service at the restaurant in city center.

In the Afternoon : we continue going to visit the Buddha Park which is a scattered enchanting collection of Buddhist and Hindu sculptures on the Mekong Riverside meadow. There are approximately 200 religious images dating back over 500 years, which were created by a mysterious monk spreading his philosophy on life and revealing his ideas about the universe.

 The park's signature piece is a large but very flat reclining Buddha. However, the most unusual of the structures is best described as a "giant pumpkin with a dead tree sticking out its top" (Rough Guide). Enter through the opening mouth of a demon head and climb up the staircases from hell to heaven, and learn more about the real scenario of life in each story and as well the overview of the Park from its roof.

We go to visit Friendship Bridge Laos – Thai ,and then going to visit the Talat Sao Vientianes market. This is a wonderful venue for shopping and encountering the charming and fun-loving Laotians.
