 Day 1 : Da Nang – Hoi An (L, D)

Morning depart from Da Nang to have ½ hour drive to Hoi An with a stop en route to visit the China Beach, Marble mountains, and Hoa Chau, one of the typical communal villages of the central Vietnam. On arrival in Hoi An, enjoy a walking tour of the ancient town, a World Heritage site recognized by UNESCO in 1999.

Visit Ong Pagoda, Phuoc Kien Assembly Hall, Tan Ky Ancient house, take in the former merchants’ houses, the 400 year-old Japanese Covered Bridge and the colorful market with its stalls brimming with tropical specialties. Overnight in Hoi An.

Day 2 : Hoi An – Da Nang – Hue (B, L, D)

Morning drive to Hue, the capital of Vietnam under the Nguyen Dynasty of emperors from 1802 till 1945. The scenic route passes through Danang before climbing over the Mountain Clouds Hai Van Pass where a spectacular panorama of the central coastline can be viewed at the summit, dropping down to the wonderfully photogenic fishing village of Lang Co located on a sand dune line. Upon arrival in Hue, transfer to the hotel. Afternoon, drive to visit Imperial Citadel, the colorful Dong Ba central market by the Perfume river. Overnight in Hue.

Day 3 : Hue City (B, L, D)

Morning enjoy a scenic drive to elaborate Royal tomb of Tu Duc Emperor then take a dragon boat cruise on the Perfume river to visit Thien Mu pagoda, the best preserved religious monument in Hue standing on the riverbank with its seven-floor tower. Have a lunch at local restaurant. Afternoon, make an excursion to other Royal tombs of Minh Mang and Khai Dinh Emperor from where the Nguyen emperors once ruled Vietnam. Transfer to the hotel. Overnight in Hue.

Day 4 : Hue – Departure (B)

Free at leisure until transfer to the airport for your onward flight.
